Experience
Melissa is a litigator who has research and writing experience in a variety of civil, commercial, and appellate matters. Melissa’s practice also includes general corporate work. Upon graduating law school in 2019, Melissa began a fellowship, where she litigated a high-profile action and appeal as well as other matters. Melissa then served as a law clerk in New York State Supreme Court, New York County, where her responsibilities included drafting decisions and conducting court conferences. During law school, Melissa externed for a federal judge in the Eastern District of New York.
Melissa attended New York Law School on a full scholarship, graduated summa cum laude, and served as an editor on Law Review. Melissa completed her undergraduate studies at Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business, where she graduated cum laude.
