Katrina Loyer is an accomplished attorney with over twelve years of experience. She is a resourceful negotiator with a track record of success in complex disputes. Katrina excels in conveying technical information, simplifying complex issues, and providing expert guidance to clients. Katrina began her career at Milbank, LLP, where she spent almost a decade representing financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in complex commercial litigation, regulatory and intellectual property matters. She has also served as counsel for an independent film company. Katrina holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law, a B.S. in Engineering and is admitted to practice in New York and Vermont.
